Thinking of Thermo-Transports as simple fridges or ovens on wheels is far away from today's reality. The complexity involved in handling and transport of Raw Food Materials and similar goods is higher than people often think.

Today's comestibles are composed of very different raw materials, some of them requiring very delicate and sensitive handling in terms of temperature and athmosphere. Did you e.g. know, that simple egg white powder (used e.g. for bakery products) needs always to be kept at a temperature between 15 and 25 degrees, otherwise it will decompose and change its structure, making it impossible to use for the intended purpose. Other raw materials, also used in the food industry, are highly flammable and therefore falling under the regulations of hazardous materials, class 3.
